Day 7- Either show interest in his hobbies or allow him space to participate freely. Find something you both enjoy doing together and let him know you want to learn more about his hobby.  If you absolutely cannot find anything to do together, respect his desire to want to participate in a hobby.  Support his “alone” time and you will get it back ten-fold!
